This explains what happens to your details when you join the waitlist for the 30-Day Free Kettlebell Challenge or get emails from me. It's written for people in the UK and follows UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. The challenge is for adults (18+), and I don't knowingly collect data from anyone younger.

Who I am

Raymond Waters, trading as raywatersfit ("I", "me"). Lytchett House, 13 Freeland Park, Wareham Road, Poole, Dorset, BH16 6FA. I'm the controller of your data. Contact: ray@raywatersfit.com. Registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (application C2062459, October 2026).

What I collect

Why, and the legal basis

I use your details to send you the challenge sessions, plus coaching tips and offers from me, and to understand which channels people find me through. The legal basis is your consent, which you give when you sign up. You can withdraw it at any time.

Who else handles it

I don't sell your data or share it with anyone for their own marketing.

How long I keep it

For as long as you're subscribed. If you unsubscribe, I delete your details, except your email address, which I keep on a "do not email" list so you're never emailed again by mistake. If you haven't clicked a link in or replied to any of my emails for 2 years, I'll remove you from the list.

Cookies and Meta (Facebook/Instagram)

When you first visit, the site asks whether you're happy for Meta's tools to be used. Nothing from Meta loads unless you press Accept. If you press Reject, I only remember that choice in your browser so I don't ask again.

If you accept:

The legal basis for this is your consent. You can change your mind at any time with the Cookies link at the bottom of the waitlist page. Meta's own use of the data is covered by Meta's privacy policy.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to how I use it, or to get a copy of it. To unsubscribe, use the link at the bottom of any email. For anything else, email me. If you're unhappy with how I've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes

If this changes in a way that matters, I'll update the date above and tell you by email.
